Budleigh Salterton Riding School is situated on the edge of Woodbury Common in a peaceful country setting, within easy reach of Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Exeter. This provides the ideal location for country rides over heathland with spectacular views of the coastline. The riding school also has two large all-weather ménages with jumping facilities for riding lessons.

All standards and ages of rider are welcome, from complete beginners to those with a lifetime of experience. On all occasions horses are matched to riders abilities by our highly qualified staff. Qualified riding instruction is available and riding is always accompanied.

Budleigh Salterton Riding School also offer full and DIY liveries, facilities for breaking and training horses, breeds warm blood horses and competes in many equestrian events.

Holiday Cottages
Budleigh Riding School have two beautiful top quality appointed holiday cottages, Tiddlers Paddock sleeps 6 and Tiddlers Well sleeps 8, set in outstanding countryside on the edge of unique open heathland encompassing a lake and stunning coastal views. Located adjacent to the riding school in its own grounds with swimming pool during the summer season - beautiful location with walking, fishing, golf, sailing, beaches, and of course riding all within 2 miles.
