Welcome to Manor Barn a cosy converted Listed Barn. sleeping 2, £165-£300.00 per week. Non-smoking and open all year. Located 10 minutes drive from A487 Aberystwyth – Cardigan Coast Road, exit from Synod Inn Crossroads. 3 miles from local Town of Llandysul with plenty of local shops, 4 Banks, Post Office and Library with free internet access.
Detached and totally self contained, located in the village of Maesymeillion which overlooks open countryside with beautiful views of the Preseli Hills in the distance. Cosy open plan lounge with Hunter wood burner, wood supplied at no extra cost. Colour Television with Freeview Box, DVD player and micro Hi Fi. Dining Area and separate kitchen. Downstairs shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
Open plan staircase leading to galleried Master Bedroom with velux windows furnished with double bed, bedroom furniture and tea-maker. Pretty outside patio garden with seating, parking area with security lighting.
Fresh linen included in the tariff and logs supplied for the wood burner.
One small well behaved pet allowed at £10.00 per week.

Explore the beautiful Ceredigion coastline with local beaches at Cwm Tydu an old smugglers cove; walk on the cliffs to see spectacular scenery, New Quay, Tresaith and Llangrannog all a short distance drive.
Ideal touring base visit the New Quay Honey Farm see the beekeepers at work, taste the honey and meads buy at their shop or use their mail order service. Visit the Craft Centre at Aberaeron 12 miles away; watch the local potters throwing their pots, artists at work and other crafts with café/bistro. Water sports at Llandysul canoeing and white water rafting on the River Teifi, sea fishing at New Quay, trout and course fishing locally.
Wonderful for walking on the Ceredigion Coast Path with unsurpassed views at every turn take the local Ceredigion bus run especially for walkers in main season.
