Tigh Lios (Gaelic meaning “House with the garden”) is at No 19 Lochinver.
Tigh Lios will be open for business at the beginning of April 2009 with all new carpets, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
We will be open for B&B and for self-catering purposes.

Tigh Lios is a large 4 bedroom traditional Highland home right on the Main Street in the middle of Lochinver.
It is minutes walk from all the amenities: restaurants, shops, play park, Village Hall, petrol station, pubs, pier, tourist office, leisure and Health centre.

Accommodation
The house has 4 large bedrooms sleeping 12 in total.
Bedroom 1 – double and twin beds (first floor).
Bedroom 2 – double and twin beds (first floor).
Bedroom 3 – twin bedroom (second floor).
Bedroom 4 – twin bedroom (second floor).
All rooms are decorated to a high standard with satellite TV and tea/coffee making facilities in each room.
There is a fabulous guest lounge with views to the sea.
A large dining room sits 12 people.
There is a superb kitchen with all modern conveniences.
On the ground floor there is a large utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
There is a ground floor shower room with electric shower.
There is a bathroom with electric shower mid way between ground and floor 1.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have their own private sinks with shaving points.
There is ample car parking space to the rear of the house.
The back garden is a sun trap where guests can lounge with a BBQ and glass of wine.
