Pear Tree is one of four cottages that have been restored to provide modern conveniences whilst retaining all the charm of a typical French farmhouse.

Leaving in lots of the original features, like
granite walls and exposed oak beams.

A perfect place for all the family to unwind,
either by the pool or under a tree with a good book and a glass of wine.

This cottage has lots of original features like an arched granite doorway and huge exposed oak beams.
The open plan lounge/ kitchen /dining area is ideal for family entertainment.
The comfortable lounge area has a log burner and some granite walls and huge oak beams.
The well equipped kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and all the usual items. Double doors open onto a covered veranda, which then leads to the shared garden & pool area.
On the 1st floor there is a shower room and 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms one with an en-suite, a twin - bedded room and a room with bunk beds. They all have heating for the cooler months.
There is a separate patio area with garden furniture, sun canopy and a BBQ + the shared gardens & pool area.

Although we are in a quiet location, we are only
5 mins away from the village centre with its
bar-tabac-restaurant-shop. And only 10 mins from Louvigne du Desert with its, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Also nearby are attractions like Mont Saint Michel.
Water and floral parks, walking and cycle tracks,
trout fishing, horseriding,canoeing kayaking, Châteaux, and numerous places of interest.

We are the ideal place for that weekend break,
a house-hunting trip, or that family holiday, group bookings also available if you book all four cottages.
There really is something for everyone in Brittany.
